Vodafone is suffering a nationwide outage of its 4G mobile network, with buyers throughout Australia not able to access cell information and voice products and services.
Shoppers started off complaining of company problems in all significant towns close to 11:00am AEST on Friday.
Ookla’s Downdector company demonstrates spikes in outage experiences in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
Some clients documented that their company was constrained to only 3G, with other people documented acquiring no reception at all.
Vodafone has verified the problems, which it mentioned are impacting 4G cell products and services and creating information products and services to revert to 3G.
“We are aware of an problem impacting 4G products and services nationwide,” a spokesperson informed iTnews in a assertion.
“Data products and services may perhaps be falling again to 3G intermittently, creating congestion and slower speeds for clients.
“We are doing work to resolve this problem as shortly as achievable. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank clients for their patience.”
By 1:10pm, Vodafone mentioned it experienced identified the problem creating disruption to 4G products and services, but has not indicated when products and services are anticipated to return to standard.
