Support NSW experienced a popular outage of its cellular app on Thursday that prevented citizens from checking into enterprises and accessing the electronic driver licence for 4 hours.

Support NSW acknowledged an “issue affecting several Support NSW transactions and services” in a tweet at 3:00pm.
